Kevin Mackie, a Massachusetts medical freedom activist who has been on the frontlines of pushing back against plandemic era tyranny, has been scheduled for arraignment at Concord District Court for 8:30 AM Tuesday morning. This is the first self defense case of a medical freedom activist facing felony charges in Massachusetts.
On Friday, July 8, 2022, Mackie attended a call to action to protest a pediatric vaccine clinic at the Acton Discovery Museum. The state facilitated COVID-19 vaccine clinic for ages as young as six months old also featured an ice cream truck not far from the building— granted this truck may have been there regardless on a busy Friday. The purpose of the protest was to educate and inform families and staff of potential serious risks and harms. Shortly after Mackie and other activists walked up to the side of the door where the clinic was being offered, a nearby neighbor violently approached Mackie and the others out from behind the museum.

Though not initially armed, the aggressor threw Mackie to the ground in an attempt to wrestle PVC pipe from a banner out of his hands. A still photo from that assault on Kevin’s property and person can be seen below.
Following his initial attack on Mackie, three other activists in attendance were also physically assaulted and one more was physically threatened. Immediately after the above photo was taken, with Mackie getting up off the ground, the attacker advanced and assaulted a medical freedom mother who was also there to bring awareness to the dangers of the gene therapy. Mackie pulled pepper spray out in defense of his friend, giving proper warning multiple times before deploying.
After being sprayed, the attacker walked away from the multiple cameras that were pulled out at this point and tried to clear his eyes. Persisting to assault the demonstrators, he reached for a PVC pipe that remained on the ground and began taking swings at both of those he had already attacked. After continued self defense and defense of others from Mackie, as well as shouts of derision from the crowd, the attacker charged some twenty feet towards two other activists who were standing further away from the museum.
Armed with a four foot piece of PVC pipe, face beet red with a grin of pure rage, the attacker raised his pipe to a third activist. Another female demonstrator was also standing nearby, likely also a target. Mackie did not hesitate to come to the aid of the other two activists being threatened. Within a few short moments, Mackie came to their defense and wrestled the weapon out of his hands. He then held the pipe at a distance to the attacker demanding him to leave and stop harassing he and his friends.
Museum authorities, staff, and the assaulted protestors waited outside as the police were called to the seen. Some activists gave their information and witness statements for the record. One demonstrator received medical attention for a bruised bone and another pulled a shoulder. Mackie himself sustained multiple injuries.
Please check out the below post from We the Free Thinkers, who also covered this attack days later. Although I do not personally endorse all sentiments as written in the post, I still recommend giving it a skim.
Four activists later received a no trespass notice from the museum. Three demonstrators, after receiving complaint applications for criminal trespass, were all dismissed in August after a magistrate recognized a 2016 easement agreement with the town of Acton making the location of the protest a public ground.
Activists present the day of the attack, friends of Mackie, and medical freedom advocates across the state are attending the arraignment Tuesday morning as he faces multiple felony charges from his self defense and defense of others. All available and willing to support Kevin are welcome to join. Mackie filmed this message Monday in good spirits for his self defense case.
This is an important reminder to all those who have participated in and followed the medical freedom activism these past two years. Tomorrow is the FIRST case of self defense as a result of violent physical attack against medical freedom activists, as occurred in July. The results of this case will have reverberating consequences for future calls to action if Mackie’s defense is not heard.
Thank you to all those who are following, praying, and thinking of Mackie and other activists facing court proceedings.

We will be paying very close attention to those who do not uphold the rights of citizens to express their civil right freedoms. Persons have a right to defend and protect themselves and another when in threatening situations.
